He was born in Waycross to the late Riley Price and Alphine Price Waters. Mr. Price had made Waycross his home for his entire life. A master mechanic, he worked for Bowen Service Station in Waycross. His passion was racing, and for over twenty years he worked for Waycross Motor Speedway and enjoyed every minute of his time there. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Music Price, his son, Donnie L.

Frank Price, 83, passed away on Wednesday, December, 21, 2022, at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown. He was born in Millersville Community, WV, on January 30, 1939, a son of the late Oren Herschel Price and Lillian Barker Price. He is also survived by his sister, Alberta Harris of Bridgeport, WV and was preceded in death by his sister Freda Kane and brother, Bill Price. Frank worked at Mon Power for 42 years in various positions including Display, Educational Service Representative, and Economic Development. He enjoyed teaching how “Electricity is Made” to 6th graders in the Mon Power territory.

He is survived by his wife of over 66 years, Janet Fay Webb Price; one son, John Allen Price of Chester; one brother, Stanley Price of Huntsville, AL; and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Price was born April 3, 1931 in Danville, West Virginia and was a son of the late Tolbert Price and Violet Virginia Curry Price. He was a graduate of Scott High School in Madison, WV and a veteran of the U.S.

A California native and resident of Carmichael and Fair Oaks for over 60 years, Shirley was a loving, devoted mother and spent her career as a Registered Nurse. Predeceased by her parents Cleo Barnes and Floyd Scott, and her... He is preceded in death by his father James Boyd Price, Jr., and his brother Douglas Gordan Price. Hai Luc passed away peacefully on Monday, November 28, 2022, at the age of 86.
